Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ClaimVault's services. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service description

ClaimVault assists individuals and businesses in identifying and recovering unclaimed funds held by state, federal, and private institutions.

2. Fee disclosure

Our standard recovery fee is 20% of the gross amount recovered on a contingency basis. A flat fee of $99 per claim is offered as an alternative. Fees are clearly disclosed before any work begins.

3. No guarantee

ClaimVault does not guarantee any specific recovery outcome. Recovery depends on the validity of claims, third-party processing times, and government discretion.

4. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate identifying information
• Submit truthful documentation
• Notify us of address or status changes

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a claim at any time before submission to the holder agency at no charge. After submission, work-in-progress fees may apply.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimVault is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
