1. No Upfront Cost (Contingency Model)
ClaimVault primarily operates on a contingency fee basis, meaning:
- You pay nothing upfront
- We only get paid after funds are successfully recovered
- If no funds are recovered, you owe nothing
2. Standard Service Fee
Our standard fee is:
20% of the total recovered funds
This fee applies only after:
- Your claim is successfully processed
- Funds are received by you
Example:
- Funds recovered: $1,000
- ClaimVault fee (20%): $200
- You receive: $800
3. Flat Fee Option (Optional)
In some cases, we may offer a flat-fee alternative:
- Typically ranges from $49 to $199 per claim
- Applies to lower-value or simplified claims
- Will be clearly presented before you proceed
4. Business & Commercial Clients
For business-related recoveries (including audits, vendor overpayments, and financial discrepancies):
- Fees may range from 10% to 30%
- Based on complexity and recovery size
- Agreed upon in a separate written contract
5. When Fees Are Charged
Fees are only charged when:
- Funds have been successfully recovered, and
- You have received payment or confirmation of release
We will never charge a contingency fee unless recovery is completed.
6. Authorization Requirement
Before any fees apply:
- You must sign a written agreement
- The agreement will clearly state:
- Fee percentage or amount
- Scope of service
- Your rights and responsibilities
No fees are charged without your explicit consent.
7. Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your agreement:
- Within any legally required cancellation period (as applicable)
- By submitting a written cancellation request
If cancellation occurs before recovery, no fee will be charged.
8. Important Notice About DIY Claims
You may have the right to file claims directly with government agencies at no cost.
ClaimVault provides:

You are not required to use our service to recover your funds.
9. Compliance with State Laws
